Nutritional Benefits: This healthy snack is a good source of Vitamin C and Fiber. The substitution of Splenda for sugar allows the product to be low in sugar. It is a great snack for people of all ages.
Ingredients:
6 Granny Smith Apples, Peeled & Cut into Small Pieces 1 C Water 1 C Apple Cider 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tsp Splenda ¼ tsp Cinnamon |

Directions:
Peel, core, and cut apples into small pieces.
Put water, apple cider, and apples in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Then, simmer for 30 minutes.
Mash up apples to make it your desired consistency.
Place apples in bowl with Splenda and cinnamon. Mix together.
Enjoy!
