Ingredients:
1/3 C 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds 3 Tbsp 1 tsp Ground Flaxseed Meal 3/4 C Gluten Free Ground Oat Flour 3/4 C Cranberries (roughly chopped) 1/4 C Dates (roughly chopped) 1/3 C Pistachios (roughly chopped) 1/3 C Pumpkin Seeds (roughly chopped) 1/4 C 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds 1/2 tsp Salt 2 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 C 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter, Crunchy (Earth Balance Brand) 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1/2 C 1 Tbsp Sorghum 1 tsp Almond Extract 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil |

Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly, and set aside (wet ingredients).
Combine the oat flour, cranberries, dates, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl, mix thoroughly, and set aside (dry ingredients).
Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, sorghum, and almond extract with the wet ingredients, mix thoroughly, then add to dry ingredients, and mix until thoroughly combined. Once combined form into a bar shape of your desire and place in the freezer for 3 hours, after three hours move to the refrigerator.
While the bar is chilling melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a pan. Once melted and combined drizzle over the top of the bar and continue chilling for the time remaining.
